Pindaan tarikh tempahan HANYA boleh dilakukan 14 hari sebelum tarikh penginapan.
Caj sebanyak 50% daripada bayaran tempahan akan dikenakan bagi pembatalan tempahan yang telah dibuat.
Pembatalan tempahan dalam tempoh kurang 14 hari dari tarikh penginapan, bayaran tempahan akan terbatal dan tidak dikembalikan.
Reservation
Bayaran tempahan RM400 diperlukan untuk menempah tarikh penginapan. Baki bayaran penginapan dan deposit sekuriti RM400 perlu dijelaskan 10 hari sebelum tarikh penginapan.
Security Deposit
Deposit sekuriti sebanyak RM400.00 akan dikembalikan dalam masa 48 jam selepas daftar keluar. Jika berlaku sebarang kerosakan, kehilangan peralatan/kemudahan villa atau tidak mematuhi peraturan villa, caj akan ditolak daripada deposit sekuriti.
